The M3STAT program reports the result of a statistical analysis of user-selected variables in a CMAQ file. The default analysis identifies the maximum, minimum, mean, and standard deviations of the variable for individual time periods. The program can also be used to calculate the number and percentage of grid cells above a particular threshold. The following is a sample of m3stat output:
